A cancelled appointment is a slot somebody else would happily take — if they heard about it in time.
Most appointment-based businesses in the US lose somewhere between 10% and 20% of their booked appointments to cancellations and no-shows. For a salon doing sixty appointments a week at an average of $95, that is roughly $70,000 a year walking out the door.
The frustrating part is that the demand usually exists. Somebody wanted that Thursday afternoon slot. They just never found out it was free, because finding out would have required the front desk to stop what they were doing, work out who to call, and call them — in the ninety minutes before the appointment started.
NoShow Rescue does that part. The moment an appointment frees up, it ranks the customers who want it, sends the offers in order, stops as soon as somebody says yes, and records exactly what came back.

Numbers you can defend
Recovered revenue is written to an append-only ledger with a deterministic deduplication key. The same appointment can never be counted twice, and the figure on your dashboard is the same figure in your analytics.
Works on day one
No booking-system integration required. Add appointments by hand or import a CSV, and the recovery engine works immediately — including messaging, which runs through a simulated inbox until you connect a real provider.
Honest about what is simulated
The demo business is fictional and labeled as such on every screen. Demo records are flagged in the database and excluded from real platform metrics by default.
Who it is for
Salons, barbers, med spas, tattoo studios, chiropractors, dentists, massage therapists, fitness studios, beauty businesses, pet groomers, consultants — any business where an empty slot on the calendar is money that does not come back.

NoShow Rescue is a web application. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain. Prices are in US dollars and the product is written in US English throughout.
